Testify

Acts 20:24
But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with Joy, and that the ministry, which I have received of the gospel of The Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of GOD!

When GOD calls you and you obey that call - blessings will follow - but caution must be advised - many times blessings God has for us is not the blessings we have in mind - God works in strange ways - when He calls us to come to Him and be saved - He takes control of our lives - but often we try and take back control of the life we already gave over to Him - This fight will continue until our last breathe here - one day however the fight will be over and the Spirit will win! In the meantime we are to bring glory to God and His Son Jesus -
the way we do this is through our testimony - we all should have one - the story of how we came to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior - it does not have to be some mind-blowing occurrence -we all will not see the bright blinding light that Paul saw - sometimes God changes us slowly -but in any case -we have a testimony that we can share - we can tell others about JESUS but when we have a personal story - and when we can speak it well - it will get the attention of those around us - our lives no longer belong to us - we must give everything to our Lord - and live in Him and He in us! Let's testify of His grace and mercy He has shown in our lives - sure times are hard but GOD is still good!Let our lives testify of this truth - we have the words of life -it's time to share it -
the world is waiting for this truth - it must be lived out in us - this will say much more then any words can - we have the Life inside of us that the world around us needs badly - let's shine the light of Christ in our lives for the world to see!
