PERFECT PEACE
ISAIAH 26:3
You will keep him in perfect peace, who's mind is stayed on You; because he trusts in You!
Many in this day and age are searching for meaning in their lives -they want their lives to matter for someone - people are looking everywhere for happiness and fulfillment - many change jobs at the drop of a hat - or move to another part of the world - some trust in what they can do to make themselves happy - and most of the time the things we think will make us happy do not seem to satisfy - you can go around buying things - you can be the most popular person around -but still be empty inside - the WORD says that when we keep our eyes on JESUS and our mind on HIM -we will have perfect peace - because it is only found in HIM - that's the way we were designed with the need for our Savior! Many people have spent much of the lives acquiring things, money and rewards - now there is nothing wrong with doing that - but if we find our meaning in any of those things -we will be let down - God made us this way - He wants us to depend on HIM and not ourselves or anyone else - Christ must come first in our lives and then the rest of life will fall into place -this is the place were perfect peace is found - with wars all over the globe and natural disasters everywhere -its easy to see this is not our home -let's not get comfortable here -but soon this will all be gone - what we have left is what matters -do you have JESUS? If not ask Him to save you - HE is the only One who can do this!Lets keep our eyes fixed and our thoughts on JESUS!
A side note: Peace comes from knowing Jesus Christ -there is no where else were we can find the peace our hearts long for!
When you live in CHRIST you will have perfect peace!

Please pray for Andrew - this is a new born baby boy - his Mom was bleeding uncontrollably before his birth - both baby and Mom have survived - the baby taken by emergency c-section and right now has a 40% chance of survival - this is the couple's first child -thanks for your prayers!
