The Beginning

Proverbs 1.7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,
but fools despise wisdom and instruction!

Today's verse says that the beginning of wisdom is fearing God - we must fear God because HE is over us - HE is so powerful all HE has to do is say the word and we are done- but with this POWER - HE is gracious to us - after all He sent HIS only SON to die in our place - He came so far He even became flesh for us - HE deserves our worship for no other reason then the fact that HE made all of us - and in HIM we have our being - HE made us and we belong to HIM and once saved -we are no longer our own - our lives are no longer our own - they belong to God! When we put GOD In the right place in our lives -everything fits in line - we must always place GOD in the first place in our lives - we should always seek HIS guidance - we should always live by faith instead of sight - this means some very scary times - for lack of control for us is the hardest thing - true wisdom says we must place our lives in God's hands - so HE can live the life through us -that's the beginning of wisdom-
let's worship GOD with a holy fear - and Praise HIM despite the storms of life!

BUILDING MOMENT: NO MATTER WHAT - GOD IS IN CONTROL!

Because we have CHRIST - our lives are a reflection of HIS love!
