His Riches
PHILLIPPIANS 4.19
But my GOD shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus!

Those who know Jesus as Lord and Savior are now the adopted children of the King - We have a royal priesthood that began with Jesus and ends with His return - all we have does not belong to us but to GOD who made all things and things exist to bring Him glory -it is not about us - however God wants to bless us - He does not have to bless us - but chooses to - He loves us and in that love He offers forgiveness of our sins and eternal home with Him forever - He also wants to bless our lives in the here and now - we must be careful not to worship what He gives us instead of Him - anything that comes between us and God is nothing less then an idol - God is a jealous God and He won't share worship with anyone - the good news today is that we have riches in CHRIST - I don't mean physical riches - for many of us struggle with bills and live pay check to pay check - but forever God will meet our needs - notice no where does it say He will meet our wants - but He does want to bless us -just not in ways we may call blessing - God may allow some trials in your life - He has a purpose for that - He understands what it means to live down here -He has been here and done that! His riches are limitless - while the riches of this world will one day draw to a close - if you have not read the end of the BOOK then you may have missed the fact that everything in the here and now is going to be gone one day - so why hold onto this stuff in this world while our treasure should be in Heaven! Lets remember that the GOD we serve owns it all! Amen!
BUILDING MOMENT: Many times we call things ours - when in reality it all belongs to God - lets live life that way! Always!
Because we have CHRIST - WE HAVE ALL WE REALLY NEED!
