The Daily Blueprint 7-18-07
VISITATION
LUKE 1:68
Blessed be the LORD GOD of Israel;
for He has visited and redeemed His people!
The whole message of the gospel of JESUS CHRIST is the fact that God came near - that God came to this place that HIS very hands had made - to step into the humanity that HE Himself had made - this is the bottom line - Dayspring on HIGH has visited us! The LORD has been in our shoes - He knows what its like to be a mere man - He knows what its like to be tempted - in a way that I cannot even begin to comprehend - JESUS took our sin and died for it - taking our penalty to the cross and to the grave and rising again three days later-
The message of the gospel is timeless - JESUS paid it all -its finished -there is nothing left to pay on it- no IOU would do - its done - and we are the receivers of that grace that God gave to us through HIS SON! The LORD has been upon this earth - He has seen things from our perspective -again this is beyond what our minds can grasp - God became man- I know this is the message we often hear at CHRISTmas - but why not year round -its just as special in July that JESUS came as it is on December 25 - the message and the Savior is for all seasons!
Lets remember that we do not serve a God that is far off - or one that cannot relate to us - He was one of us! I like that song from a few years ago called If God were one of us - I take it a step further -GOD was in man - the Creator dwelling in the creation! Its amazing that God came to earth - HIS visitation saved our souls! PRAISE GOD!

A side note: JESUS came to this world and left - but did not leave us alone -we have the FATHER and the SON and the Holy Spirit- that's all we need!

Please pray for my Mom2- (Sande) she is to have hip replacement surgery soon and she is in major pain at the moment- pray for her and her health -thank you! Daniel
Praise the LORD- my wife's last injection has brought her pain level down from an 9 out of 10 to about a 3 or 4! Pray for her as she returns to work today! Thank you! Daniel
Please pray for Kevin - and his mom Sister Lynn - Kevin is having some major health problems and needs your prayers - he is also looking for a place to live- thanks for your prayers!

JESUS CAME HERE SO WE COULD GO WHERE HE IS!
