2nd Corinthians 5:17
Therefore in any man be in CHRIST, he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold all things have become new!
One turn of the calendar and its a new year -as we look back on this year and look forward to the next- we must remember that with GOD all things have become new - all the struggles we faced this year -should have brought us closer to Christ - each year has its share of problems- I am sure if we look back we can see what lessons we learned -we have seen the areas in which we need to improve - we can start this new year with a new heart -with a new gratitude for what CHRIST has done for us- HE has taken our sin filled and lost lives and saved us - HE has taken our sin -He has taken all those things that cause our relationship with Him to be strained - He has taken all the old things and now everything has become new once again- the relationship we had originally has been restored -no longer are we lifeless beings but now are new beings- maybe you have known Christ many years or maybe you are lost right now and don't know what its like to have all things new - to start this new year with a new heart you must trust JESUS - You must admit you are a sinner and put your trust in the Savior - He is waiting for you right now - you can place your trust in HIM for HE is trustworthy-HIS record is completely undefeated - in an uncertain world He is our certainty - He is our Savior and HE wants to make all things new in your life -why not start 2007 with the saving grace provided to us through JESUS-
We have just celebrated HIS Birth - today you can celebrate your rebirth in Him - you see if you live apart from Him you are dead in your sins - but if you trust Him - you will be dead to your sin! Let God make all things new today -and you will start the new year with a new heart!
JESUS is the way - Trust in HIM today -
He will make a way
where there was once none-
HE is the way to God
He is the way to know
THE LOVE - THE JOY and the PEACE only JESUS can bring!God bless you and happy new year!
