HEBREWS 4:15
For we have not a High Priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted
Like as we are, yet without sin!
Jesus Christ is our High Priest- He can relate to us - for one reason because He created us - and if that was not enough - He also lived among us - He knows how it is to be a man - He knows what its like to be tempted - yet Jesus never once sinned - we however can sin given the right set of circumstances - our Great High priest can relate to our pain - He went through so much doing His time on Earth - Jesus was also sent into the wilderness - not by satan -but by God Himself to be tempted - Jesus had many opportunities to do as He pleased - but He had one central goal in mind - to please the Father - Our Great High Priest came to earth as a mere babe in a manger -and He faced everything every normal child faced -and while nothing is written from the time JESUS was born until He is 12 years - I know that JESUS was a normal child - He had to grow- He had to teethe - He had to cry and seek the help of His parents - but that's where the similarity stopped - JESUS was GOD'S SON and HIS mission was to die for mankind - this is the great HIGH PRIEST in which we serve - He knows what its like to walk a mile in our shoes - He can relate to us and we can relate to HIM -
Lets worship our Great High Priest -JESUS CHRIST!
He was tempted but never once gave in - and when we come to know HIM that same Spirit lives inside of us -to guide us and show us the way!
A side note: JESUS CAME NEAR - SO HE COULD BECOME A MAN - HE LIVED - HE GREW - AND HE WAS KILLED - HE LIVED LIKE WE DO BUT WITHOUT SIN -OUR HIGH PRIEST CAN RELATE TO US BECAUSE HE BECAME LIKE US BUT WITHOUT SIN! PRAISE GOD FOR OUR HIGH PRIEST!
In CHRIST we have a High Priest that knows us!

JESUS HAS STOOD UPON THE EARTH - HE HAS SEEN WHAT WE NOW SEE!
