HEBREWS WALK #7

HEBREWS 1:9
You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows. . .

God loves righteousness - after all He is righteous and always has been and the truth of the matter HE always we be righteous - in the same way God hates things that are evil - sinful - and unrightousness- He must do this in order to remain the righteous judge - sin must have a payment - and it was the blood of the Lamb of God - Jesus Christ - our sin debt had to be paid for and Jesus paid that bill in full - God is righteous and is just and must punish those who sin against Him -this includes all of us -that is why apart from Christ we have no hope - we have no right standing before God - and we will end up when we leave this life forever separated from Him - this sounds harsh - but its the truth -that's why we need JESUS to save us - if you do not know JESUS - you are in serious trouble - you will miss eternity -you will not make it to heaven - again this sounds harsh -but its the truth - when you come to know JESUS - He takes your sin and destroys it - He placed it on Himself on the cross - your sin can be taken away today if you would only trust Jesus -

Many of you know Jesus as your Savior - its up to us to spread the good news - God has placed me in this ministry to do just that -and also has called me to go beyound a list of email subscribers - He has called me to go out on the web and preach the truth though a blog! God has been placing this on my heart to expand this ministry - and God has opened a door - I pray that many will follow me to the web and check out the postings - and respond in like - I praise God for all of you - You make this ministry what it is - you read the devotionals and pray for me a daily basis - Hebrews again talks about JESUS being righteous -about Him loving the good and hating the sinful - our God never changes -what HE hates today - HE will hate tomorrow - what He promises us today - He will fulfill tomorrow- you can trust God to always do what is right!OUR GOD IS THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE -
When your life is over -How will you be judged? On the good deeds you have done or by the blood of JESUS - HE is the only way in!

A side note: One day all of us will stand before God -
what will you plead?

When we trust in CHRIST our sins are destroyed!!
