HEBREWS WALK #52

HEBREWS 4:10&11
For he who is entered into His rest, he has also ceased from his own works, as God did from His! Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

God has rest for His Children - but we must believe Him when He says this - I know our physical bodies which now live but one day will die - must work - God commanded work before the fall of man when He asked Adam to tend the garden- work in itself is not evil -but many today have taken work and made it an idol - it consumes all the time and seems to be the most important thing to them - when they earn money - they want to earn more money and getting ahead seems to be at any cost - it does not seem to matter how you get to your success so long as you do get there -this is not the way God wants us to live -Work is a necessity - we need to earn a living to support our families -but when it goes beyond that -we have problems and we will lack rest- I am very tired - its been a long hard day - and tomorrow looks to be about the same - but praise GOD I have entered into His rest when HE saved me - our rest comes even on the busiest of days - our rest remains the same -day after day - no matter how many problems or task we have -or how our day is going -we have a rest that is timeless - we can be at rest when we are moving on out - God's rest is like that - we must labor for that rest- we should remember that we are HIS children and no matter what job we do -we need to do it for His glory not our own! His rest is the best rest of all - My lovely wife has been struggling with sickness the past couple weeks and she has really been in much pain -its been tough to watch her - I want her to have rest and JESUS provides the rest we need - Balance is important - if our bodies do not get rest -they begin to ware down - our souls are the same - we must strive to walk with our LORD at all times - because others are watching - Allow GOD to give you HIS rest today - you will still have problems but you will now have peace that passes all understanding -let's Rest in GOD!

A side note: While the world around us can be in chaos - we can be calm in CHRIST! Rest in JESUS!

With CHRIST we can rest completely!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-28-06

HIS ROOTS

ISAIAH 11:1&2
And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of His roots! And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might - the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord!

As we move from the Thanksgiving season unto the Christmas season -the LORD JESUS should come more into view as we celebrate His birth - Jesus had humble beginnings- born to parents that had to travel right up to the time in which He was to be born and finding no room in the inn -Jesus our Lord was born in little more then a barn on the edge of town - The angels proclaimed this good news not to everyone but to the shepherds out in the field -the first to see the Lord after His birth - He did not grow up in a palace but in a small town where everyone knew everyone - Jesus did not have a formal education but was a worker - He was a carpenter by trade and had to earn a living -imagine the LORD GOD having to work on the earth He made! Its amazing that God would stoop so low as to became a man - it was all because HE loved us so much HE was willing to give all to save us! The genealogy of Jesus is not less amazing - in His linage He had prostitutes and other people that would not seem to be a good blood line at all - but God knew all this before hand and what God can do with scraps is amazing -He did wonders with just two fish and some bread - Jesus Christ our Lord came from Jesse - and HIS root is still growing today -in the hearts of every believer - if we look at our lives -we can see that we too have humble beginnings - we come to JESUS on our knees all of us - no matter what your name is or how much money you have - its level ground -Jesus lived a meager life - some passed Him by as nothing more then a carpenter in a small village- people like that don't become much of anything - but now look -JESUS is LORD of all - He laid HIS Life down to save us - HIS roots are deep - and we are apart of the Vine now that HE has saved us - lets grow in CHRIST -by remembering HIS roots!

A side note: Where we come from is not as important as Whos we are!
We belong to JESUS since HE purchased us! Amen!

With CHRIST , our roots grow deep into God!

HEBREWS WALK #51

HEBREWS 4:8&9
For if Jesus had given them rest, then would He not afterward have spoken of another day? There remains a rest for the people of God.

When JESUS came into our hearts and saved us - He brought us so much more then just salvation - He brought us true peace- and hope for tomorrow- He brought us joy and grace -that sees us through each day after we are His - once we belong to Him -He will give to us HIS rest- this is not like the world's idea of rest is at all - the world thinks that means you can do as you please -but when you come to know JESUS - you will only want to please Him - sure our human side will show its face -but most of the time we want His will to be done -there is rest in this - when you rest -you cannot worry -you cannot pick up what God has in His hands - rest means we must stop and be still - we must wait upon the Lord -and HE will renew our strength! He gives us rest- both now and forever more - the world that we now know is one in which we must work - God says in HIS word that if you don't work - you don't eat -but this must be taken with the words of JESUS when HE said that He will provide for the birds of the air and the flowers of the field -so why not for us? God gives us everything we have - and the remarkable thing is He gives to those who do not know Him yet- we all were in that same boat -when we try it on our own apart from God there is no rest -there may be some breaks - but never a rest! Lets find rest in JESUS - true rest- a rest that restores us to the Father - in fills our hearts with thanksgiving!
The LORD wants to give us rest - lets stop whatever we are doing and just worship HIM - then and only then will we have rest!
amen!

A side note: Many of us go and go never stopping much and yet the WORD of GOD says to be still and know that HE is God - how can we when we are always on the go - God wants us to stop and smell the roses - this life is short -He wants us to live it for HIM! amen! Lets take the time this week to get to know God a little more! Then we will have rest!

With CHRIST we have rest!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11/24/06

OUR SORROW

2nd Corinthians 7:10
For godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation not to be repented of; but the sorrow of the world works death!

We celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday and we all do have so much to be thankful for - being truly thankful means being thankful even when there seems nothing to be thankful for -the evil one wants us to think that all there is is sorrow - but the truth is there is joy for the follower of Jesus - this joy is not dependent on circumstances - but on the love affair we have with JESUS CHRIST!

Sorrow is a fact of life - live long enough and you will go through it - Sorrow is in many a heart - and while sorrow is not good in itself - through God it can be good - our sorrow is not like the world's that have no hope - we have hope always in JESUS - even in the valley - God is still good and on the throne! Life may be going badly - but Jesus is always with us and will never leave us! Our sorrow is different from those who have no hope - whatever it is we went through we know God is in control and has allowed it so His purpose may be done - we have hope - maybe you have lost a loved one - if they trusted in Christ and you trust in Christ - you will see them again! This makes me think of a song by the group Mercy Me - they sing about being homesick - missing those they lost and wanting to be with them in Heaven -our day is coming beloved! One day we will be with those we grieve for -Or sorrow should not take over our lives - but Jesus should - I will be praying for you today - that you will know that JESUS HIMSELF will be with you - our sorrow lasts but a lifetime - but eternity awaits - pray for those who don't have this peace and those who sorrow only brings death!

In CHRIST even our sorrow is good!
It seemed fitting that this run today - in light of the bus accident and the sorrow many have felt- God is good and in full control! Daniel

T H A N K S F O R G I V I N G!

COLOSSIANS 3:17
And whatever you do in word and deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him!

Today we celebrate the day of Thanksgiving!
And each year God has blessed us so we should never ever tire of giving thanks to Him - each year I look forward to this email of worship and praise - I love to hear what others are thankful for - I call it thanks for giving - because first of all I think about what God has given us in HIS SON - who died for all of us - to save us from sin - its an awesome thought that God do such a thing for the likes of us - Thanks for Giving is a celebration of the goodness of God - who has given all us so much to be thankful for -family - friends - and the hope of eternality with HIM - this year has been particularly tough for the residents of Huntsville, Alabama- The town of which ive lived many many years- many of you have heard of the events of last Monday - a bus carrying 44 people was cut off and dove of an overpass - so far 4 young people have lost their lives -but their parents are rejoicing that they are now with the Father -forever- no more tears or worries- and the fact is all of us are going there - one day -our lives here will end -so while we are here - lets live thankful lives of praise!
Thanks for giving!
Thanks for giving to me - each one of you who pray for me - who lift me up to God the Father- you all play a vital role in this ministry - for without your prayers and your words of encouragement -this could not go on - but it does because of your faithfulness- thanks for giving to me!

And now without further adieu - here is what some of wrote me that they are thankful for!THANKS FOR GIVING! Now lets give back to God each day!!
I have to be thankful to God for having given me not one but two wonderful families............one gave me 3 children, one of whom died at 23 in an accident. Both girls have done well and are healthy, each has a beautiful granddaughter.

After a painful divorce God put a wonderful Christian man into my life and his 3 wonderful children.............his son has become my #1 son, known as Daniel, who puts this daily devotional out. He and his sisters have given me much happiness, joy and love in the years I have been blessed with them........

We just spent a week in Houston with my siblings, their children, grandchildren, my daughter and her daughter, and a personal friend...........being 20 of us in all who talked and ate and laughed our way through a week of wonderful togetherness.......once more letting me see my blessings personified.............even a former son-in-law called me while there.............

My heart goes out to those estranged from their families, who have none, etc. I have to be one of God's chosen in order to be so blessed and just want to publicly thank HIM. Sande M<><
I am thankful for God's Love, my family, and my friends all the time, but on this day we set aside to be thankful, I have so many, many things to be thankful for that I seem to take for granted: Freedom, my husband & 4 children, my Mom & extended family, good health, a warm home, food in the fridge and cabinets, a car to drive, and too many other things to list.

Hope you take time to think about all the blessings you have, too, and take a moment to pray for those who are less fortunate, and lend a helping hand this holiday season. Becki M.<><

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-22-06

HEBREWS WALK #50

HEBREWS 4:7
Again He limited a certain day, saying to David, today after so long a time; as it is said, today if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts!

This is not the first time in this book that Paul has warned us not to harden our hearts! If our hearts are hardened - we have trouble hearing from God - we can get to a point where we no longer hear Him -its not that HE is not speaking either- its because we have failed to listen to Him - sometimes we will try to get by with a small sin(small to us-not to God!) and then that small sin leads to larger and larger sins - and before you know it your heart has become cold - and God simply cannot be heard through the deciefulness of sin - we must make it a point to live out of our realtionship with Jesus Christ and not out of our flesh - Jesus lived the perfect life without sin -He was pure and since HE lives in us - we too can live the life HE has called us to life - but not like some who feel if you dress right - look right -act right - you will be ok - the life JESUS lives in us should come naturally and not to be forced -either its there or its not - when our hearts become harded - we begin to miss what God is saying -and to not hear from God is a tregdy in itself -we need to hear from God so that we can walk in the way HE has called us - without Christ- the Bible is a just a book - we cannot gain anything from the Bible without hearing the voice of God - lets make sure our hearts are tender to HIS leading - lets make it a point to get away from everything that hinders our realtioship with Christ- lets be still and know that HE is GOD! amen!

A side note: Its been said that God gave us two ears and one month - this may be because we need to listen twice as much as we speak!

With CHRIST we are able to hear GOD!

HAVE YOU HEARD FROM GOD LATELY? ARE YOU LISTENING?

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-21-06

A ROMANS 8:28 MOMENT

ROMANS 8:28
And we know that all things work together
for good to them that love God, to them that are
called according to His purpose

I write to everyone today with a very heavy heart- in my hometown yesterday morning a bus carrying 43 kids and a bus driver flipped over and fell off an overpass - killing 2 on the scene and another child died at the hospital - all where High School Students.

Having heard news on this all day yesterday -it was so hard to handle for the parents - for the other students and for the injured - in the report another student was driving the car that collided with the bus - many factors caused this accident -but the bottom line is God is in full and complete control - just like Romans 8:28 says - yesterday was a Roman 8:28 moment- while the events of yesterday do not make sense down here to us - God has it all under control - like it or not God knew who would be on the bus at that moment- He knew who would be coming home with Him - how many would survive- HE has allowed this for HIS Purpose - we have problems understanding such a thing - we have a limited view and cannot see the whole picture- please take a moment and pray for those left behind - those who have been injured - by God's mighty provision only 3 parished in this severe bus accident- several even got out of the bus without even one scratch - God was glorified by many today - and our community has pulled together in this time of testing and tragedy - one thing that stands out in my mind is one of the mother's of one of the children that died saying that God does not make mistakes - and HE Has this one covered - please pray for the investigation as to what caused this accident-
God knows what HE is doing and at times like this we are reminded of the lack of control we have and HIS mighty hand- We cannot even begin to understand such events- but in time we will see why it happened- I pray that many would come to know CHRIST through the events of yesterday-

A side note: When GOD says in HIS word that all things work for the good - He means all things -nothing is haphazard in this life -God has full and complete control - He allows what is always best even when it seems not to be so -God is good -all the time! Amen!

WHEN DISASTER STRIKES - ITS BEST TO LEAN ON GOD!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-20-06

NO CONFIDENCE

PHILLIPIANS 3:3
For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Jesus Christ,
and have no confidence in the flesh!

To circumcise is to cut away the old - to take off that which is no longer needed - this was done physically to signify if you where a Jew - but in the spiritual sense Jesus Christ has come to cut away us from our old way of life -with this new life -we are free from the bounds of sin -we are redeemed by His blood - we have access to God now - our old sin nature has been killed off - however it will try and come back to life - satan will lie to you and say its not gone -when in fact in Christ the old has passed away and all things have become new! With this new life -we no longer have confidence in our flesh- for all the flesh gains us is death -these bodies will die -and if we chose to live to them -we too will die - but Christ came to save us from the penalty of sin - He lived the perfect sinless life -and laid it all down for you and me! He came to save us from the old man - that is no dead! Before Christ we were dead - but when He came along and came into our lives - He brought us to life - the original life that was meant for man - sin took us from God - but Jesus brought us back - the flesh is what is left over -many only live in the flesh -acting as if this is all there is - they are dead and don't even know it - we are however alive in Christ forever -you see eternal life does not begin when you die -it has already begun for those that believe! JESUS CHRIST our LORD took the sting from death the penalty of our sins - that's something to be thankful for - the flesh will pass away - lets not put our confidence in it - but only in JESUS CHRIST!
amen!

A side note:What does it profit us to gain the whole world but lose our soul? The FLESH is dead - but the Spirit is alive and well! amen!

With CHRIST , we have hope that does not disappoint!

HEBREWS 4:5&6
And in this place again, if they shall enter into My rest. Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter therein, and to whom it was first preached entered
not in because of unbelief!

The best way for us to show our faith in GOD is to believe Him -
its that simple - He has given us promises in HIS word that will come to pass - we just need to believe - just like those who could not enter the Promised Land because of unbelief - these that Paul is talking about will not enter into God's rest- because of unbelief - the thing that hurts the Christ follower the most is not satan but our unbelief -that is how he gets a foot hold on our lives -for us to believe him instead of God is the ultimate plan of the enemy of our souls - if he can just get us to fall into unbelief - he can take us down - but God is greater - and HE that is in us is greater then he that is in the world - since we have the Spirit of the Living God within us - unbelief need not be a factor in our life - the problem we have is allowing God to live HIS Life in us - we have been taught to do for ourselves - not to ask for any help - to buck it up and pull yourself up by your boot straps -the problem is one that can cause us to fall into unbelief -when we think we can do it without God we cause the Spirit to be grieved - without our faith we cannot please God - we cannot even know HIM without faith -after all ive never set my eyes on JESUS - ive seen HIS effects just like the wind - so I know HE is there -we must have faith enough to believe God and take HIM at HIS word!
Believe God today and you will never be the same again!

A side note: Just last night I had a talk with God about all that needed to be done - and I felt HIM say that the only thing that needs to be done is to follow HIM - we often think we must help God - but this is not true - we either believe HIM or we don't - where do you stand today?

With CHRIST we can enter into God's presence!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-16-06

VISION LOSS

PROVERBS 29:18
Where there is no vision -the people parish: but he that keeps the law, happy is he!

For whatever reason God has placed this verse on my heart - ive been hearing it over and over the past couple of weeks - I just prayed about what to write and I know God will speak through me - Where there is no vision - the people parish - is the part of this verse I feel lead to talk about - With the elections just a week behind us - the talk about vision has been in the forefront - the candidates can promise what they want to promise - but when they actually fulfill the promise do they show that they had vision - without vision -without goals and guidelines we just float through life - vision loss is a big problem in the world today -many people do many things without even thinking of what effect it will have on others -the future hinges on obedience to God - we can avoid a lot of heartache if we would just follow the LORD like HE has commanded us too - but because of our fallen human nature - that tries to stay around once we are saved - tries to pull us back into the mindset that we can do whatever we want and not have to face the consequences - today's verse says that if there is no vision -the people parish - this goes for war - for sports - for all of life - we must live in the plan God has given us - HE will use any and everything to show us the way - sometimes its through pain - through loss - other times its through victory and deliverance -lets makes sure we keep our eyes on Christ -that way we will not suffer vision loss!

A side note: if we just hop along in this life never paying attention to the plans God has for us - we could be missing the true purpose that HE has for us - We must have vision in order to follow the LORD - we must be willing to become less and less so that HE can become more and more in us - let God take over your life today! That takes vision - and surrender!

With CHRIST , HIS plan becomes clearer and clearer!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-15-06

HEBREWS WALK #48

HEBREWS 4:4
For He spoke in a certain place of the seventh day
on this wise, And God did rest on the seventh
Day from all His works!

One of the Ten Commandments dealt with the Sabbath day - there has been much debate through time as to what all this is to mean - some take it and run with it - making it legalistic - others ignore it all together- and some fall in the middle - God the Creator of all things Rested on the 7th day - He spent 6 days creating and one resting -and gave to Moses the Law that stated that the Sabbath must be kept and kept holy - Some consider Saturday as the true Sabbath while others have their Sabbath on Sunday - The early church did this because JESUS CHRIST rose from the dead on Sunday - so that became a day of celebration for what God had done for us! God just wants us to honor HIM everyday! Jesus came and fulfilled the whole law- we in our flesh cannot keep the law - and when we think we do - we can allow pride to creep in and cause us to sin - none of us are perfect- we all have flaws - some may be on the surface while others may not be - one area I feel God is taking about today is that we can keep the Sabbath with our actions - but what about our hearts? Do we just do what we have to do - so we can be on good terms with God - or do we know Him and love Him -and thereby follow what HE commands - God sees right past all of the pageantry and straight into our hearts - HE knows when we mean what we say and do - lets make sure our heart and our actions line up - Jesus said many times to the religious leaders of the day about whitewashed tomes and the fact that they washed the outside but the inside was full of dead mans bones - Lets worship God completely -not halfhearted - We seem to be able to watch a ball game for 3 hours - but balk at spending extra time in prayer - or extra time in church while our pastor tries to end the sermon! God knows our hearts -what will He find in them today?

A side note: God says that if we love HIM we will obey Him - the fact that he does not put an astricks by His words means there is no wiggle room - apart from Christ we cannot make it - but through HIS Blood we can! amen!

With CHRIST we live lives of worship!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-14-06

MARRIED TO CHRIST

JEREMIAH 3:14
Turn you backsliding children, says the Lord, for I am married to you; and I will take you one of a city, and two to a family, and I will bring you to Zion!

To the lost and dying of this world -such a statement like Married to Jesus would take on a misunderstood meaning - there are those who have made movies that try and say that Jesus was married and had children - I am afraid that no where in scripture is this found - but today I want to talk about the fact that all of us that are in CHRIST are also married to Christ - yes that includes the males of us as well - but not as the world sees such a union - but as God sees it! We are the bride of Christ - HE is the groom - He has married His righteousness with our sin and causes us to be forgiven and set free -just like the marriage of a man and a woman -we become one in CHRIST - we must live in such a way that brings honor to Christ in much the same way a Bride should bring honor to her Groom - once we come to know JESUS we are no longer our own - and just like the last name of the Bride will change - our identity will be forever ingrossed in Christ - and HIM alone - We are married to Christ -lets await HIS second coming as a Bride awaits her Groom!
One day HE will come back to take us home - one day the Bride will be finally united the with Groom - JESUS our LORD!
amen!

A side note: JESUS has claimed us as HIS OWN - and HE Knws what He is purchasing and deemed us worth saving - JESUS broke through the past to bring us a future with HIM forever!

With CHRIST , we are united with GOD!

"As I have sworn in My wrath, if they shall enter into My rest: Although the works were finished from the foundation of the world"!

Nothing surprises God - nothing at all - He knows all - He sees all - He knows the beginning from end - He knows the number of hair on your head right now and the day that you will die - He knows everything - and before time Jesus was waiting to be sent from His heavenly home to this lowly earth - His very creation! Jesus was not a last ditch effort to save mankind! In the beginning of time - which I must say God was before the beginning of time - HE has always been and will always be! HE is all we can count on! Jesus willingly came fully knowing that one day HE would say it was finished from the cross - He came to die - He arrived as a bade in a manger in the middle of the night - unknown to the kings of the time that one day they would send HIM to HIS death - JESUS was on HIS way before this world was even created! We that believe will enter into HIS rest when we leave this place -and only God knows when that will be - He knows exactly how many heartbeats we will have in our lifetime - He knows our final end here - but HE also knows that we shall spend forever with HIM in Heaven!
May God open our eyes to this truth today - that in the end - we will be with Him forever - now I cannot even begin to image what that will be like! I guess the group MercyMe summed it up well in the song I can only image! Its gonna be the greatest day in our history when we enter into HIS peace and presence forever! amen!

A side note: All God asks us to do is believe HIM! When HE says HE sent HIS SON for us - we must believe HIM! He cannot lie and only speaks the truth - He can be trusted!

With CHRIST our earthly end will be our heavenly beginning!

VETERAN'S DAY : Freedom is never free

1st PETER 2:16
As free, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.

We live in the greatest nation on earth -not because we are any better then anyone else- but all because for whatever reason God has shined down on us - He has blessed us like no other nation ever - we have brave men and women who willing put themselves in harms way to secure our freedom - My father was in the Army 22 years- I could not be prouder of him - he may have been injured and never saw the war but still he was willing to put himself on the line for our freedom- my grandfather who passed away in August of this year was also a freedom fighter - he also helped secure our freedom and I will be forever indebted to them and the other braves souls that went to battle for us -there is no freedom without cost- this is seen in our daily lives- we must make sacrifices to have freedom and to have freedom means having to put up with those who wish to take it away - from 9-11 to various terror attacks on our nation - these who want our freedom to end - are willing to die for it - but not nobly like our brave warriors - but as cowards - they do not believe in freedom- they want people ruled by them - and not by God! Our nation is still a nation of God's people - no matter what the media says - in God we trust is still on our money and in our hearts - Brave men and women from various parts of this county are in harms way today to secure our freedom - what must we do? We must not take it for granted -because earthly freedom can be taken away - but not the freedom we have in CHRIST - I would be remiss if I did not mention the freedom we have in CHRIST - which cost Him His very life - Jesus was willing also to lay HIS life down for our freedom - He did this to save our souls - while the American Soldier give their lives to save our freedom as a Nation -
today take some time - call a veteran today -help at a VA hospital or nursing home - go to the parade - salute a veteran today -thank them - be thankful for them!
May GOD continue to bless America!

We pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America - to which it stands - one nation UNDER GOD!!!

Please pray for those who are far from their homes- their familles - their loved ones -serving us in far off places -pray for protection and a quick end to this war in Iraq - whatever you think about it - does not matter- what does matter is that there are brave men and women willing to laid down their lives for our freedom - may God protect our brave warriors!amen!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 11-10-06

WHOM SHALL WE FEAR?

PSALM 27:1
The LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?

Today the Psalmist asks a pressing question - he asked whom shall we fear? and whom shall we be afraid? These questions are powerful - lately ive been learning about just how we weak we are - how desperate we should be to have JESUS take our lives - and how much this world presses against us - I admit I often struggle with fear- sometimes it circumstances - like my fear of storms- other times its other people and my dealing with them - I can be so meek and quiet that many just pass me by - it seems hard for me to start conversations - I am weak in that area - but when I trust the LORD to take control - things change - I become more outspoken - I do not rely on my own strength when He takes control - often though I find myself fighting Him for control- and I am the loser every time I do this - God is always right - and HE never fails - We should not be afraid of other people - not matter what position they have or where they come from - we should only fear God - because HE made us and He can snap HIS fingers and this whole universe would cease to exist! HE is that powerful- with HIM in our hearts - whom shall we fear? Whom shall cause us to shake and tremble? We should not allow satan and his demons to cause us to become uneasy - I love to remind him of his future and mine -because of JESUS we have strength - He came and died for us while we were weak and without hope -deep in sin - Christ died for us even though we where ungodly and enemies of Himself -we now have GOD in us - so whom shall we fear?

A side note: A great man said the only thing we should fear is fear itself - that is very true - but to add some more wise words from the writer of today's verse- Whom shall we fear? God has come to our rescue and has made a way for us to come back to HIM -won't you take HIS hand today?
You need to fear tomorrow since you can know JESUS today!

HEBREWS WALK #46

HEBREWS 4:2
For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

Sometimes when the Gospel is preached - people do not respond - they do not respond even with Spirit's leading - they do not respond because at the time it does not seem to profit them - many are caught in sin and they know it - but are afraid to be without the sin - so instead of running to JESUS they run right back to their sin - but the good news in all this is that GOD has said HIS word will never come back void - seeds are being planted to be harvested later - many who have been called to preach the good news have been to the point of quitting because it seems like the WORD does not get through to the audience - but the truth be known those who heard the good news have seeds in them just waiting to geminate - all of us if we were honest would say that we too had a time in our life when the gospel was there but we did not receive it - you just never know - many have come to CHRIST that I thought never would - God knows what HE is doing - HIS WORD will never come back void - however there is still the very sad fact that some will not except CHRIST - this must cause the heart of GOD to break - He has offered them freedom from their sins - and eternal life and they run back to this world - which one day will end - lets not invest in this world but in the next- lets preach the gospel even when it seems it is getting no where -just trust JESUS and do what HE tells you to do - do not worry about what other's are doing - you are the only you there is - let God use you today -preach and then reach- and let GOD doe the rest!

A side note: When a farmer grows something - he must be willing to see the crop fail for another to succeed - seeds planted will germinate given the correct conditons - the same with the hearts of those who are lost -when they have no where else to go - they will come to JESUS! Amen!

AFFLICTION MISSION

ISAIAH 48:10
Behold I have refined you, but not with silver;
I have chosen you in the furnace of affliction!

The fact of this life is you will suffer - this is not a perfect world - matter of fact the WORD of GOD says that this world belongs to satan - once the fall of mankind- satan has been allowed by God to work - but this is only temporary! We know one day satan will go to the lake of fire forever -but until then he will try to afflict the children of the Most High God - the enemy will use ever trick in his nasty book to cause us to deny God and give up - but along comes God who causes what satan meant for bad to be for good - our good and the good of others! Trials come in many forms - and satan will hit you where ever you are weakest - but this does not happen apart from God's knowledge- and HE will take what was meant for evil and make it good -the furnace of affliction is what God uses to refine us - to cause us to come forth as gold - I know sometimes it seems like some have more trials than others - even so - God has a plan and a purpose in everything that happens - The affliction mission as I call it -is to show us how much we really need God -we must be desperate for HIM - If God has brought you to it - HE will bring you through it -so lets just trust HIM no matter what the circumstances look like or what others say - we must place everything at the feet of JESUS and HE will take our lives and sanctify us through the trials of this world! Affliction Mission is the process that brings us to dependence on God! Praise HIM in your trials! Amen!

A side note: When trials come into our lives -we need to fear or worry - God has it all handled - do you trust HIM with your life -that is the question we all need to ask ourselves - God has the power to change it all - but sometimes HE choses not to so we can learn to depend on HIM!
HE IS REAL and READY to save you today! AMEN!

HEBREWS WALK #45

HEBREWS 4:1
Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into His rest, any of you seem to come short of it!

Today's verse at first does not make much sense to me - I have to admit this right off - but as I read it again I felt the Lord telling me about motivations - I have no idea what that has to do with the above verse -but God will make it all make sense in the end! The motivations of what we do and why we do it are very important - are we just going through the motions of the Spiritual life? Do we actually believe what God has said? He has made us promises and He wants them to come true in our lives - but He also knows our motivation - just like Judas - Jesus knew that he would be the one to turn Him in -and just like clockwork this was right on - our motivations are everything - if we only follow God to get blessings then we have missed the point -we should want to serve God - to surrender all to HIM - so that He can be glorified -the closer and closer we get to Jesus the more and more we should be like Him - in our choices - in our lifestyle - we must have more fear of God - for some reason many have lost this - many have forgotten its all about HIM and not all about us - motivations show the world why we do what we do -we can talk a big talk -look the part and still be totally lost -we must be sure we know JESUS as Savior -if you don't - then nothing else in your life will work out right! We need JESUS - every moment of every day!
Why do you do what you do? Lets take some time today to check our motivations and ask God to show us where a change needs to be made! If you want to walk in HIS promises - we must be willing to let go of our will so that HE will have HIS way with us!
Make your goal today to enter into HIS rest!
that will motivate you like nothing else! Amen!

A side note: God has made us promises that HE will always keep - but we must surrender to HIS will and let our will die!
Let CHRIST live in your heart and be dead to your old life!JESUS wants to save you today - won't you allow HIM!?

IF YOU FORGIVE

MATTHEW 6:14
For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you!

There is something cleansing about forgiveness -Both for the forgiven and for the forgiven - we all expect God to forgive us - but are we so willing to forgive others? Jesus says that if we will only forgive other's the sins they have committed against us -will He forgive the sins we have committed -its easy to judge others - but when it comes down to it -do we have the same standards for us - for us sins? We all sin -this is fact- there is not any way around that - you can say you have no sin -but God will call you a lair -and that is just what you would be - now the goal is to sin less and to become more and more like JESUS - we should no longer want to sin -but sin happens - all have fallen short says Paul! None of us always do right - and apart from Christ living in us -we cannot do it right at all -as ive said lately- given the right set of circumstances -all of us can sin -and all of us will! Jesus Christ our LORD is the only one without sin - yet became Sin for us! He saved us by HIS blood - not by our effort! God tells us we must forgive other's sin against us if we expect Him to forgive us - if you want to be free -forgive -if you want to have joy -forgive and if you want to honor God - forgive!
Forgiveness must be in the life of the Christian! If we chose not to forgive others -it will effect our relationship with The Lord!Lets forgive others so God will forgive us! Thank HIM that we have been redeemed and set free from sin! Praise GOD!

A side note: If you have ever been in trouble with a credit card company - you would discover how un-forgiven they are - I moved and forgot to give my new address to a credit card company and when they found me I owed much more then I had charged -but they wanted me to pay it all back -right or wrong I had to - I paid 10 times what I charged but to have a debt forgiven in this world - you have to pay for it - thankfully our sin debt has been paid for by JESUS - HIS forgiveness should compell us to forgive others! Forgive to be forgiven!

With CHRIST there is forgiveness of sin!

HEBREWS 3:18&19
And to whom swore he that they should not enter into His rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could enter in because of unbelief!

Those who followed Moses through the wilderness could not take one step into the promised land because of their unbelief - the sad fact is today so many of us cannot grab hold to the promises of God because we simply do not believe what HE has said! Unbelief causes nations to fall -marriages to fail - and destroys the people of God - if God has said it - we must believe it - Moses believed God - Abraham believed God - but do we believe HIM? We cannot go on with God if we do believe - unbelief can cause the doors that God wants to open for us to remained closed - I think about those leapers that were healed by JESUS - they had to do something - they had to believe JESUS when HE deemed them clean - otherwise they could never even approach a priest! If they doubted JESUS they would not have been healed - God does the work -but He expects us to believe Him - there is one circumstance in which Jesus was hindered from healing -He sensed their unbelief!
-We must believe God - we must take what HE says to heart and believe it - without faith -we cannot please God - we cannot be obedient children if we do not know how to please HIM - we must have faith and belief that God will do what HE says HE will do - He has never ever failed -not even once! Lets believe HIM today and forever more - it takes just enough faith - like that of a mustard seed - to go into the promised land - come lets follow HIM!

A side note: God has made precious promises to HIS children - He wants to bless you - but you must believe HIM!Unbelief causes miracles to become impossible!

I find it remarkable that the LORD of all creation came to this earth as a servant! Many times we read these words and just take it for granted that Jesus came! Many times Jesus said that HE had come to serve - while many in that day where looking for a ruling King to be the Messiah - here comes Jesus with a servant's heart - They expected someone to come down and take over the kingdom's of the earth -not some peasant who built things and then talked about dying - this is not what they wanted and its so true today - this is not the Messiah people want - they want the riches of this world - they notoriety - the fame - they worship the stuff here and not the creator - Jesus alluded to the fact that HE was not greater the FATHER - John also echoed this statement when he said that HE must increase and I must decrease - Jesus served those around Him - He washed feet- healed on the spot - rose the dead - Jesus came to serve and not to be served - and we as HIS children should also have this same attitude -its hard in this world of me first I know but if you really want to follow JESUS you must come humbly as a servant - Jesus talked about not taking the places of honor - not praying in full view of others - and not drawing attention to yourself - He said if you do -that is your reward - God wants us to be servants for HIM - be used by JESUS today and serve others- this is part of our mission while here!

A side note: we will never serve others if we are not humble about it - Jesus does not want us to be a half-way servant - He wants us to serve - this means not taking the credit and sometimes even being looked over -God knows your heart and in the end you just want to please HIM!

With CHRIST we can serve others!

HEBREWS WALK #43

HEBREWS 3:17
. . . (Speaking of Moses) But with whom was he grieved forty years? Was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness?

In our walk with Christ there should come a time when we cannot bear to hear of others sins - when we get to the point when its not about us but about God - God hates sin and we should too - please however remember God has called us to love everyone - we must love all people - no matter their sin - deep inside we are all the same -sure many make some bad choices -but God still loves them deeply and dearly - He sent HIS ONLY SON to die in our place -but we must have hearts that grieve when others sin - pride can cause us to want to celebrate when someone else misses the mark - but with CHRIST In our hearts -we should begin to get to a point where we want to warn others of the consequences of their sin -when one sins - it effects everyone - just ask Moses- it was not his sin that caused this 40 year mess - but his followers- but Moses had to suffer with them - he had to endure seeing them die because of their sin - their carcasses in the wilderness - Moses learned much in the 40 years march to the Promised land - he learned to hate sin just like God did -
what stance to we take about sin? Do we just turn away and ignore it hoping it will go away? or do we tell those who know are sinning to watch out and seek God? Sin casts a dark shadow on all of our lives - it was one sin - then two sins - which multiplied together has caused the downfall of mankind - on wrong choice and our fellowship with God was strained - God feels so bad about sin - HE sent HIS ONLY SON to die in our place- Lets be mindful of the sin in our lives and ask God to forgive us - and then help those you know who are caught in sin - I believe God will do the work for us if we just go to HIM in prayer - Lets do this right now! Thank you!

A side note: When we sin - we cause our intimacy with God to be strained - but if we do sin - God forgives us - but please note we do not sin more to be forgiven more -God looks in our hearts and knows the truth! Amen!

DEUTERONOMY 18:10-12

There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things is an abomination to the Lord:...Many Christians will allow and even encourage their children to pay respect to the devil on October 31st without knowing they do so.

The custom of Halloween is traced back to Druid festival of the dead. The Roman Pantheon was built in 100 a.d. as a temple to the goddess' and other Roman deities, it became the principle place to worship. Emperor Phocas captured Rome and gave the Pantheon to Pope Boniface IV. He reconsencrated it to the Virgin Mary and resumed using the temple to pray for the dead, only now it was "Christianized", as men added unscripural teaching of purgatory.In 834 A.d. Gregory IV extended the feast to all the church and it was known as All Saints Day. The celebration of the dead honored the god of the dead (Samhain) on this night. Druids believed that souls of the dead returned to their former homes to be entertained by the living. suitable food and shelter was provided for these spirits or else they would cast spells and create terror as they haunted the living. The spirits demanded a type of worship and offering emulating today as "trick or treat" . Divination and auguries were practiced as well as magic to seek answers for the future. Even today witchcraft practitioners declare October 31st as the most conducive time to practice their acts.The Christian church tried to eliminate the Druid Celebration by offering All Saints day as a substitute. As Christianity spread its attempt to replace the preexisting pagan cult worship of Apollo, Diana, or Ymir but to no avail.Although the outward forms of such worship disappeared, the belief in these deities had not.They found and outlet in the open practice of witchcraft which is presently enjoying a revival in many countries.Deistic cults held periodic meetings known as the witches Sabbaths and it is the same today with October 31st being of more importance.Pranks and mischief began to be played out to represent the mischievous behavior attributed to witches. Traditional Halloween symbols appeared in the U.S. during the late 1800's. Witches, black cats. Deaths head cut from a pumpkin, candles, masks, parties, and pranks.The uniformed Christian has no idea that there truly are demonic spirits which are contacted and activated as people call out to them in jest or in seriousness. Every act around Halloween is in the honor of false gods, which are spirits in the realm of the Satanic. Those who have been deeply involved in witchcraft and who are now free, declare that even those who say they worship spirits of nature are in actuality contacting the Satanic realm without knowing it.To pray for the dead is against scripture. If one knows Jesus before death, their spirit is already with the Lord. Paul says to be absent from the body is to be at home with the Lord, II Corinthians 5:6. If one is an unbeliever at death, scripture says there is no second chance as it is appointed unto man once to die and after that judgment. Therefore, prayer for the dead is in opposition to Gods Word and a pagan practice that became "Christianized". While living, one must make a choice "for" or "against" Jesus that determines the destination at death of the spirit. No amount of Prayer can reverse the decision made on earth by the person concerned while they were alive. The Bible instructs us to have nothing to do with the deeds of darkness. Both Christian and Jew are forbidden to participate in the occult practices listed in Deut.18:10-12. Necromancing is the delving into contacting the dead. God said all such practice was an abomination to Him.Some reply "but we only dothis in fun...we dont practice witchcraft". That which represents Satan and is domain cannot be handled or emulated "For FUN". Such participation places you in enemy and forbidden territory and that is dangerous ground.Through the ages, Halloween has gone by various names but all have been tributes to the same dark force, Satan. There is not place in the life of the church or the Christian for such participation.

PEACE

PSALM 29:11
The Lord will give strength to HIS people;
The Lord will bless HIS people with peace!

We live in a world where if you where to look at the newspapers and TV newscast - you would think that there is no peace any more in the world - with wars and rumors of wars - murders -rapes and the like - peace seems like such a foreign thing - but God will give us HIS PEACE as well as HIS STRENGTH - when we try and stand on our own two feet without HIS help we do not allow God to give us HIS peace- HE wants to bless us - HE wants to protect us - and He has given us guidelines (HIS WORD) and an open line of communcation(PRAYER). Another thing HE gives us is HIS Peace- this is not like worldly peace that can be here one moment and gone the next - He gives us real lasting strength to face life -which we can admit can be very hard at times -we must live against the grain of this life - If we look at all the bad in this world and get consumed by it - it could very well take our lives over- God does not want that to happen - He wants us to go to HIM when the times get tough - the problem we all face is our ability (which we don't really have on our own) to solve our own problems- many of us are of the Me generation - a generation that was about self - self on the throne - that is not how we as God's children should live- we should grave HIS peace- and live in peace with each other -if we would put others before ourselves - this world would change overnight! If you need peace -seek the LORD JESUS - HE will give you HIS Peace- praise GOD for this!

A side note: There is much pain in this world- many are trying this and that to ease the pain in their hearts - but God made us with a hole that only HE can fill - please pray for those who are lost and seeking the wrong things to make them complete - may they come to know JESUS and HIS peace!

IN CHRIST we have real lasting peace!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 10-27-06

HEBREWS WALK #42

HEBREWS 3:16
. . . For some, when they had heard, did provoke; howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses!

The Word says we must hear the truth before we can believe the truth - the sad fact - and I am in this boat -many of us have not read the WHOLE BIBLE - again not to be legalistic -but we must know HIS WORD if we want to know HIM - His Holy Spirit draws us -but His word feed us the truth - without the WORD we have no compass -we have no guidelines at all -we must have HIS WORD in our hearts -even when people hear the truth -many will go the other way - they will literally provoke God - its so sad - many are lost and they know it but want to stay that way - many are lost and think they know the LORD - I read today that even the demons believe and they tremble - its not enough to believe something -you must embrace it - we must embrace the truth in the WORD and live in it - JESUS came to this world to pay the ultimate price for us - don't you think He deserves our full attention - HE has promises in HIS word that many don't know about because they have to cracked the WORD open!
Thankfully God has called many to speak this truth - We have this instrument - the Internet and email to spread the truth - you get a little bit of the WORD in these devotionals each day - but you still need to dive into the WORD yourself - don't ever just take my word for it - take HIS WORD over mine! Amen! God has called me to preach the truth here - each day - please seek GOD - please open HIS WORD and see what GOD has done - God has placed some great vehicles for doing this - one ive just learned about -about a month ago -its called Bible Study Fellowship -and its a great way to get to know the WORD better with others seeking to do the same thing -check out the website in the The WORD out area of this daily email! May GOD lead you in your study of HIS WORD - lets read and then believe what GOD has said to us - HIS people - live in the WORD!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 10-26-06

STRENGTH

PSALM 28:8
The LORD is their strength, and
He is the saving strength
of His anointed!

As human beings we know just how weak we can all be at times -as ive said before - any of us could fall into sin given the right set of circumstances - none of us is beyond sinning -if someone tells you they no longer sin - be cautious! I can almost guarantee if you spend any time at all with them -you will observe some sin in their lives - we all have something we struggle with - none of us have arrived yet-
We are all weak on our own - and we all have our times of weakness - Paul said that in our weakness God is strong! This is the truth! Our strength is not of our own making - many train and build their bodies up and gain strength from their work- but I am speaking of strength that lasts forever - one day these bodies we care for today will no longer be - this is a guarantee - we will be leaving this place soon - harsh reality -but we have continued strength in God - He will be our strength -when tempted He will come through for us - We must however believe Him -
On my ride home from work I have prayer time - I love this time where I can get away from it all -well except for the other cars - but I can spend some quality time with Jesus - last night on my way home it came into issue about my trust of God in my life - He has made us precious promises - He has said HE would never leave nor forsake us - He has promised to met our needs - but the sad fact is do we believe Him? Do our actions say we believe what HE has said? If we are weak in this area -we need to allow God to be our strength - our saving strength -we cannot make it on our own - lets get to the point of submission and that will lead to surrender! Be strong in the LORD - let HIM be your strength!

A side note: apart from CHRIST the word of God says we are powerless - John 15:5 says that apart from HIM (GOD) you can do nothing!

IN CHRIST we have strength from beyond!

10/25/06 DAILY BLUEPRINT

HEBREWS WALK #41

HEBREWS 3:15
While it is said, Today if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Paul is expressing the fact that God is speaking to us today - He is speaking to us - but are we willing to listen - this seems to be an ongoing topic for Paul in this book! Paul warns us not to harden our hearts- this is something that happens so easily - I have to admit that sometimes my anger can get the best of me - we have a cat named Johnnie who has a problem - I really would rather not get into any details (sorry for the pun!) but lets just say he loves to go other places then his litter box - this is no fun and ive come close to kicking him out - all this is causing my heart to get a little hardened when it comes to my cat- a little anger now and again may be ok -but if its more then that -your heart can get hardened - we must be willing to be moldable just like clay (which by the way is my other cats name!) we must allow God's Spirit to invade our space if you will - we must be willing to listen even when we don't want to hear it - God is speaking - He wants to communicate with us - you know prayer is not a one way street- God will respond if you stop and listen - many times we are far too busy to bother to her from Him - and this can cause trouble for us - Jesus did not spend much time away from His Father - He prayed like no one else has ever or could ever pray - He was intimate daily - Why did the LORD have to pray so much? Because He is our example - now don't get legalistic about this - I am not saying lets count how much time we pray - and if its so much we are ok - I am saying that we must for our benefit get alone with God and hear Him - many times people feel prayer means we have to say something - this is not true - wait on the Lord and get in a quiet place away from all the noise so that you can hear HIM!

A side note: Many times we just react and don't wait on the LORD - we lose out when we do this - God is speaking -are we willing to listen to HIM? Just a thought!

HIS IMAGE

COLOSSIANS 1:15
. . . Who is the image of the invisible God,
the firstborn of every creature!

When JESUS walked this Earth - He showed everyone the Father -many did not know JESUS was GOD'S Son and would not believe HIM if HE told them - doubt has plagued the human race since the beginning of time - we seem not to take His Word seriously - we sometimes feel the truth's that are in the WORD are not for us - but this is not true at all - JESUS has shown us God in the Word! Jesus our Lord is the image of God whom we cannot see with our eyes - Jesus walked the very earth He created- how strange is that? He made all things and thought us worthy of saving - He could have just drawn back the curtain and undid everything HE did - but that is not what HE did - know HE came to this earth to die - to die in our place -to take our sin away - When the world doubted His very existence - HE walked among them - and today many doubt JESUS Is the Savior of the World - many doubt His power- and many doubt He even cares -Well JESUS cared so much HE was willing to die for us -HE came for this one mission -to save mankind!
We serve a loving and holy Creator - He must send forth HIS righteous judgment -He has to because if HE did not HE would not be GOD!
Lets trust the Savior with our very lives -if you want to see God just look at Jesus - God with skin on is what ive heard some kids call Him!
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us - He is with us!

A side note: Speaking of God's Image in the person of JESUS CHRIST - we took will be found like HIM when HE returnes- that is what God wants us to do - be like HIS SON! We can do this when JESUS lives in our hearts - when this happens He cannot help but come out - His life lived out in us - this is the hope of Glory! This Christ in us!

HEBREWS WALK #40
HEBREWS 3:14
For we are made partakers of Christ,
if we hold the beginning of our confidence
steadfast unto the end!

When we take our first step in our walk with JESUS CHRIST - we must hold on till the end - many can say they started well but how we end is just as important - you can do well for a long time but in the end miss the mark - of course we all miss the mark from time to time but as we follow JESUS this should happen less and less - we will never be perfect on our own -but in CHRIST we are being daily changed into HIS image - we must have confidence in God that JESUS was able to save all of us - each one of us has to come to God the same way -through HIS SON who paid the whole price to save us - there is nothing else that can ever save us - not our good works - not our goodness (which the Word calls Filthy rags) no! - It all depends on JESUS and HIM alone - we should strive to know God more and more each day that we live - nothing is wasted as we follow after Him - He knows the best route for us to take - He has been on the road a very long time -HE knows all the twists and turns and ups and downs - we must always hold fast to what we believed in at first - Does JESUS remain your life? Dose He color all that you do?
Lets follow JESUS - knowing each step we take is one closer to HIM!

A side note: by Faith we have been saved -faith in the scarifical death and resurrection of JESUS CHRIST - GOD'S SON! We are saved by no other method - by no other source than HIS blood - we must walk daily with CHRIST if we are to have an initmate realtionship with HIM - He knows we will fail HIM but the good news is HE will never fail us - ever! Amen!

Though CHRIST we can hold on because HE is holding us!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 10-19-06

LISTEN & OBEY

Deuteronomy 28:15
But it shall come to pass, if you will not (Listen) to the voice of the LORD your GOD, to observe to do all His commandments and His statues which I command you this day; that all these curses shall come upon you, and over take you.

God is still speaking to us today - however many of us are far too busy to even bother to hear Him - this is very sad - we live in a world that is full of rushing and speed- if you sit still the world may pass you by - but do we even want the world? God said that we must take time to listen to HIM - for how can we even know HIM if we fail to listen to Him? Sometimes the pulls of this world are so very strong -and we all have problems that seem to cover us - we can easily miss just what God is saying to us - and mistakes will be made - In today's verse God has a very harsh message but a message that is still true today - if we will listen to HIM and obey HIM our lives would be much different -where we may have curses from not listening -there will be blessings when we listen and obey! This is not legalism - this is God's favor- He says that we love HIM if we obey HIM -and others will know us by our fruit! When we fail to take the time to listen to God - we get off track - of course God can bring us back -but why do we choice to leave the protection of HIS wings? We must listen and obey! This is what we all need to do - Listen and obey! Lets take time today to get away from it all and listen to HIS still small voice- God is speaking -are you listening and obeying?

A side note: Listen and Obey -there is no other way - Listen and obey!

HEBREWS WALK #39

HEBREWS 3:13
But exhort one another daily while it is called today- lest any of you be hardened through
the deceitfulness of sin!

Sin will harden your heart - its easy to fall prey to it -we have our human nature to contend with - and according to God's Word -we cannot do otherwise - we cannot help but sin - we breathe - we sin - at least that is how God sees it - If we say we do not sin - the WORD says we call GOD a liar and cheapen what JESUS did for us! God says through HIS servant Paul -that all have fallen short of the glory of God -and that all sin - and since this is true -heart-hardness can come very easily to us - in Hebrews Paul is saying that we must lift up others -and think about others- we can get so self consumed with our own lives that we fail to see others - we must not place ourselves on the throne - that belongs to GOD and GOD alone - we must actually care about others and their lives - sure we all have problems and none of us have arrived yet - we all can sin given the right set of circumstances - sin is a fact of life in this world - but when we sin -we have an advocate - JESUS the RIGHTEOUS - His Righteousness was deposited to our account - this should cause us to want to please our Father in Heaven - one of the top things JESUS asked us to do while He was here is to love one another - if that is not in your heart today - go to God right now - ask for HIM to change your heart - we need t love others while it is called today - because tomorrow may be too late! Lets worship our Saving LORD - JESUS with our love & Life!

A side note: Sin is an ongoing problem in this fallen world - just one wrong moved sent all of creation into darkness apart from God - but praise GOD - HE did not leave us in despair - HE sent HIS Son to pay the price- JESUS the CHRIST!

Though CHRIST we CAN love others! amen!!!

THE DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 10-16-06

REDEEMED FROM THE CURSE

GALATAINS 3:13
CHRIST has redeemed us from the curse of the law,
being made a curse for us: for it is written,
Cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree!

Many this month look toward October 31st - this is when we celebrate Halloween - I will have more on that on Halloween - and when we think of that day -we think of witches and devils and the like - and curses come to mind - well I hate to inform everyone but curses are real - and according to God's mighty Word- JESUS because a curse for us - we deserved the punishment but HE took our place- this is what it means to be saved -to be redeemed - it may be all fun and games for children - but there is a real devil out there that wants to take God's children - he wants to kill -to destroy - to pillage and murder - he wants to take away the faithful - he wants as many as he can to be sent to hell along with him - forever -now that is scary! But JESUS came and placed HIS LIFE in our way - so we know how LIFE - HE placed all the punishment on HIMSELF thereby become a curse for us - and saving us! While witches cast curses on others -God had to place a curse on us - He had to do what HE had to do - Being the HOLY GOD - He must have rules - HE must have guidelines - HE gave us everything -but told us not to eat of one tree - in disobedience mankind has been in a fallen state -the only way to save us was to send HIS SON JESUS to this world to die for us - to take the punishment away -we are now redeemed from the curse!LETS DAILY REJOICE IN THIS FACT!
Today you can be free by trusting JESUS - You can be removed from those under the curse today - just place your life in HIS hands today - He has given us a choice to follow HIM or not - the choice today is yours - will you choice JESUS? HE chose you!
Praise GOD for our freedom - our forgiveness and our salvation!JESUS PAID THE PRICE IN FULL! AMEN!

A side note: JESUS saw you though time and deemed you worth saving - anyone who is reading these words can be saved! Jesus said no one is too far gone to be saved - one drop of HIS blood can save you today - I pled with you today - take a moment - praise GOD if you know HIM and if not - ask HIM to come into your heart- you will never be the same - and if you have made that commitment with JESUS today - please let me know - please email me at INTHEWORD2004@aol.com and I will share this wonderful news with others! HEBREWS WALK #37

HEBREWS 3:12
^Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God!

God hates sin but loves us sinners- He has mercy on us not because we deserve it -but because He gave us mercy! We must never forget the great cost it cost to save us - salvation cost JESUS HIS very life! We must not have an evil heart that does not believe God - and this is the greatest sin there is - its nothing but Pride- when GOD says HE will get it done -we must trust Him - we must not look at our circumstances but look up to HIM - He is in total and complete control - We must believe HE is - in order to be faithful children of God - we have a new heart - once JESUS takes over - we who have known JESUS a while sometimes get caught up in the world and lose our focus -we must remember once we accept JESUS we are no longer our own- He paid an awesome price for us and takes us as we are - all the rough edges and wicked ways at times -HE laid down HIS life to save us - not because we were good enough and not because He saw something great in us - there is nothing in us that is good but God's Holy Spirit- HE daily will cause us to conform to the image of The Son -this is and will be painful -but we must go through it to be more like HIM - lets worship the ONE who suffered and died for us-
lets worship JESUS CHRIST - He gave HIS Life so we could live forever! Let's believe GOD!

A side note: JESUS came for us - His mission was to save us and save us HE did - now we belong to HIM and our hearts should obey HIM always - we should not have a heart of unbelief -we should always believe what GOD says!
always! Amen!

WE HAVE LIFE - BLUEPRINT 10-5-06

WE HAVE LIFE

1st JOHN 1:2
For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;

Growing up in church that I used to attend -there was a song I remember that said God in man made manifest -its true - with Christ we have eternal life -we have life in CHRIST and HIM alone -if we go any other place to try and find life -we will not have real life - but a substitute! Christ is the real thing - and He has come to save us and set us free -there are so many today caught up in bondage - JESUS did not come to earth so that we could be bound up! He gave HIS Life to free us from our sins - to open the doors of heaven wide so that all who trust in HIM could enter in - both now through prayer and after we leave this place - we have life in CHRIST!
Thinking about substitutes - satan has taken everything God made good and made it bad - by making it evil - this is such a shame and because of this many are bound up by their past -and JESUS came to get rid of the sins - and the guilt - we no longer have to walk around upset about our past - because its gone and once you come to know JESUS your past no longer matters- JESUS has wiped it away and does not remember those past sins - we have life in CHRIST -
nothing else will satisfy our needs like JESUS - just like the woman at the well found out -that HE is the Living water and once we taste this water -we will never thirst again! We have life in CHRIST -both here and forever more - JESUS is life! Lets live life thought HIM! Amen!

A side note: While each day that goes by is one day closer to the return of JESUS - our lives are passing away as well -but just our outward shell -the true us will continue on long after these bodies ware out and die - we will still be alive - that is because we have life in JESUS - and HE has promised eternal life to those who will follow HIM!

YOU HAVE NOT REALLY LIVED UNTIL JESUS HAS LIVED IN YOU!

DAILY BLUEPRINT FOR 10_04_06

HEBREWS WALK #37

HEBREWS 3:7-11
Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost said; Today if you will hear HIS voice, harden not your hearts as in the day of provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted Me, proved Me and saw My works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart; and have not known My ways. So I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)

I am sorry today's verse was so long -but the thought needed to be completed - its the WORD and it never hurts to read much of it each day - today God is speaking to us - I just know it - many of us have hearken hearts - its sad to say but its true -and when our hearts get hard it gets harder and harder to hear our LORD -we must make time each day for God in our busy lives - we must not allow the things of this world to make us hard toward God - He must break through all that goes on each day and show us the way - Our lives today are so very busy -we work and work to buy things that we miss out on because we are at work - and we have to work to pay for a vehicle to get to work with -and we must pay mortgage or rent to a place we usually just sleep at - life is tough and this world is anti-God The world in which we live in today is not the same as it has been in the past - it seems like people get harder and harder towards God - we must be willing to be clay in HIS hands -we must walk in HIS way - and Follow where HE leads us - We must allow our hearts to be soften by HIS Mighty Holy Spirit-

The harshest part of this verse selection today is that God has said that if people deny HIM - and don't accept HIS Son will spend eternality apart from HIM -forever -this is very sad - He has said that these people will not enter into HIS rest -because CHRIST Is the only way in - we must trust HIM fully - lets completely give up and give our lives to God! You will not regret it! Amen!

A side note: When GOD speaks to us -are we open to hear what HE has to say - or do we allow our opinions to get in the way - when God speaks its clear - His agenda is to be fulfilled -and HE will use us to get it done! Isn't God Amazing?!

Though CHRIST our hearts remain soft!

EXAMINE ME

PSALM 26:2
Examine me, Oh LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart!

I've heard it said that an unexamined life is a life that is not lived correctly - we must allow the LORD to examine us so He can show us what we lack -we all have to face the facts -we have far to go in our walk with the LORD - we must allow GOD to take the reins of our hearts and see what is and what is not in our hearts - God knows us better then anyone and my friends -that includes us! God made us and knows - He knew us before we were born - He placed us in our mother's womb and gave us life -apart from CHRIST there is no life at all - Our lives belong to Him and as such -we are living examples for the world to see of our Savior - We must have our hearts checked spiritually just like our physical hearts need to be checked - sometimes our heart can have problems and we have no idea -God has to reveal it to us - this process can be very painful - but we must endure it - its not a nice thing to see our faults but its better that God tells us then others- HE knows what is man -and other people can only guess -HE sees past what others can see - HE looks at our hearts -and HE Knows where we stand!
Allow the LORD to examine you - so that you will know what He sees in you - lets live life under His microscope and please an audience of ONE!

A side note: We can fool everyone but GOD - HE sees right to the heart of the matter -HE knows what our faith is like - Lets listen to HIS assesment of our heart- HE knows what is best and wants us to fully love HIM and others- let God test your heart- the results will surpirse you!

HEBREWS WALK #36

HEBREWS 3:6
But CHRIST as a Son over His own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

We are HIS house - we are HIS church - I find it so awesome to know that one day we will be home forever with JESUS - He is not here yet and we are still breathing -so our time is not yet here - so we must stand firm until the end- to both the end of our earthly lives and the end of this world - only God knows the day and the hour that this will take place- He knows when our time here will be up - He is building HIS church by using us - HIS children - He is in the building business - He is ruler over HIS house! And as Audio A sings -its a Big Big House with lots and lots of rooms! Heaven awaits us - that's a promise if you trust JESUS as your personal Savior - If not then this is all you will have is the here and now -what waits those who are lost is not good news at all - in a word its Hell- there is no way to sugar coat it - we must be honest- its JESUS or its eternal separation from God - and no one wants to go there - Many people of the world think its gonna be one big party - sadly they will never get another chance once their lives here end - what are we striving toward - the things of this world are passing us by - we can buy and keep whatever we want - but it won't last -all that will last is our home in heaven -where are you going when this life is though? If you don't know - ask JESUS to come into your heart and save you today! Its that easy - Trust JESUS and tomorrow is secure - amen!!

A side note: I was looking through some old photo albums and I saw many pictures from my past -those days are forever gone - and tomorrow is not here yet -with the time we have left -lets serve our SAVIOR! He gave HIS Life for us -what have we given HIM in return? Praise GOD with your life today - yesterday is gone -and tomorrow is not here!

Though CHRIST our future is spoken for!
